Ms. Nombuso Mtshali is the visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Matric Scholars Academy. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management and Economics (cum laude) from the Durban University of Technology. In addition, she has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Information Management and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA).Born and raised in Mtubatuba, located in the northern region of KwaZulu-Natal, Ms. Mtshali is deeply passionate about education and community development. Through Matric Scholars Academy, she is committed to empowering individuals by providing them with a second chance to improve their matric results and unlock new opportunities for their future.

Her dedication to academic excellence and personal growth is reflected in the services offered by the academy, which is based at the Durban University of Technology’s ML Sultan Campus in Durban. Ms. Mtshali continues to strive toward creating meaningful change in the lives of young South Africans through accessible and impactful educational initiatives.
